1. Q: Can I have the correct wiring diagram because the manual is showing that the Neutral is going to the line side on the public power?

A: White wire to white wire black to black green to green.

1. Q: Is this compatible for grid power 220v 60hz? because the grid power in our area is 220-240v 60hz.

A: It says 220-240 50hz but it will work with 60hz as it doesn't monitor the frequency. It's just a big switch which switches between supplies when the batteries supplying your inverter reach a preset level.

1. Q: Can I wireless monitor the public voltage on smart phone when I am not at home?

A: Yes,it's the new update Tuya smart version compatible with MOES APP for smart control.
